IT Consulting
& Advisory
Most small businesses make technology decisions with nobody to ask. A vendor quotes a number, and there's no way to tell whether it's fair, necessary, or twice what it should be. That's the gap this fills.
Someone To Ask
-
A Straight Read On What You're Running
We look at what you actually have — the software you pay for, the systems you depend on, the things nobody has touched in years — and tell you what's fine, what's a problem, and what's costing you money for no return.
-
A Roadmap And A Budget
What to fix now, what can wait a year, and what to set money aside for. Sequenced so you're replacing things on your schedule instead of the morning they die.
-
Quotes, Reviewed Before You Sign
Send us the proposal. We'll tell you whether the price is reasonable, whether you need everything on it, and what questions to ask before you commit. This alone has paid for itself more than once.
-
Help Hiring The Right People
For work outside what we do — networks, workstations, your Microsoft 365 tenant — we'll tell you what you need, help you find someone good, and stay involved so the job actually gets finished.
-
Reviews On A Schedule
A standing conversation, not a call you only make when something is broken. Technology decisions get made either way — the question is whether anyone thought about them first.
No Commission On The Answer
We don't take a cut from whoever sells you the thing. That matters more than it sounds. Most technology advice a small business gets comes from someone whose income depends on you buying something — so "do you actually need this?" is a question they can't answer honestly.
Sometimes the right answer is that the cheaper option is fine, or that you should keep what you have another two years, or that the thing you were about to buy solves a problem you don't have. You can only get that from someone with nothing riding on it.
What We Don't Do
We don't administer office networks, workstation fleets, or Microsoft 365 tenants — and we won't learn on your dime. We're a boutique shop and we'd rather be genuinely good at a smaller set of things than adequate at everything.
What we will do is tell you what you need, help you pick who does it, and stay on it until it's finished. Being the person who says "not my lane, here's who to call" is part of the service, not a gap in it.
